Why is my 06 numbers not costing?

Requirements: (click on link for updates)

1. Ensure that the latest rates update is running.
2. Ensure that the latest version of TNG is running.

Overview:

To cost these prefixes not included in the rate book,
the custom rates options must be used with the latest all_custom_simple.dll:

• For Windows " 2018 January: all_custom_simple.dll
  all_custom_simple (Jan 2018).rar (83.8 KB)
  Unrar and copy to the folder:
  C:\ProgramDataes (x86)\Datatex\TNG\Rates

• For Linux : all_custom_simple.so
  all_custom_simple.zip (763.4 KB)
