This document refers to TNG for Asterisk.
Requirements:
FreePABX
Sip Extension
Username must be in the Asterisk Database for the SIP extension
TNG version 1.0.7.3 or newer

NOTE: all the above requirements must be in place. TNG will auto update the extension names from the Asterisk database to TNG.
