Supervisor2: Access required to download a recording

The supervisor can check for download access by selecting a recording for playback.
Under the playback icon, the following icon must display:

If not present, please request from the admin supervisor for download access.

Steps to configure download access:

  • Admin supervisor rights is required.
    Log in and select the Administration icon:

NOTE: If the icon is not available, then the supervisor does not have admin access.

  • Then select the Supervisor Access icon:

  • Select the supervisor login that require the access change/update.
    The Supervisor Access page will display, update the following:

  • Click on APPLY to save the changes.
