How do I download a recording?

  • Log in as supervisor with access to required device.

  • Search for the recordings.
    Select the required recording from the result.

  • Under playback icon, it will list features the supervisor has access to.
    You require the download icon:

  • Click on download.
    Your browser will usually by default place the file in your DOWNLOADS folder.

  • This file will not have the call details for the recording.
    The file name will be the recording reference.
