MiCollab Client Configuration:

Select configuration setting on the logged in user.

Select soft phone settings:
- Enable Teleworker mode and
- add the MBG IPaddress.

Logout of the client and log-back in.

Check on the MBG that the soft phone is in a connected state.
NOTE: You need access to the MBG webpage to check this. Mitel support must assist.
