MiCollab Client Configuration

MiCollab Client Configuration:

  1. Select configuration setting on the logged in user.


  2. Select soft phone settings:

    • Enable Teleworker mode and
    • add the MBG IPaddress.


  3. Logout of the client and log-back in.

  4. Check on the MBG that the soft phone is in a connected state.
    NOTE: You need access to the MBG webpage to check this. Mitel support must assist.
