How do I pull a pin code report?

Overview:

TNG has the feature to cater for pin codes and/or account codes.
If the information is available depends on the PABX features.

Pin Codes is linked to user names and are configured under Configure Users.
This is to hide the pin codes on the report and prevent abuse.

Now that the pin codes are configured, you can use the User Reports from the Report page:
