The supervisor must log into their supervisor.
Select the ‘PERSONAL SUPERVISOR SETTINGS’ page.
Under the ‘PERMISSON’ section
click on the ‘Show Supervisor Access’ link.
It will display a diagram of the company structure part the supervisor has access to.
The devices and user names will be displayed,
as well as the supervisor who has access to the supervisor group and sub groups.
NOTE: If the user name is not listed, check if the extension is listed to confirm if access is in place.
If the user name is incorrect, it might be a re-used extension and the original user name was cached.
