Why do I not receive my e-mail sent from iRecall

The e-mail configuration is already setup in iRecall.
This is simply used by the iRecall user.
E-mails will come from noreply@irecall.co.za

If the e-mail is not received:
They need to check with their mail scanning companies or junk mail.
Mimecast usually gray list the mail and
it comes through later if the client has not allowed the domain already.
