In TEAMS under calls the calls shows a short duration,
but in Supervisor the recording has a zero duration.
How is this possible?
Supervisor will only have a recording for playback if there is audio.
If there is an attempted setup of a call and the call doesn’t go through
you may get a recording of the setup of the call with no audio in the recording.
In Supervisor you will just see a straight line on the audio graph.
To exclude short recordings from the supervisor search you can use the DURATION feature.
The result only shows recordings with a duration of your own minimum duration value configured.
