The Activation and the Subscription may be affected when moving TNG to another PC / VM environment.
Make sure that you fix the Serial first before activating the TNG.
If your TNG Subscription is not working after moving it to a new PC on Linux:
- Stop the TNG
- Backup the tng.ini file.
- Remove the Serial Number value in the INI file.
- Run the linuxlic program to get the Serial number that you now need to enter in the INI file.
- Start the TNG.
- Activate the TNG with Datatex.
