TNG Subscrition invalid

The Activation and the Subscription may be affected when moving TNG to another PC / VM environment.

  1. Make sure that you fix the Serial first before activating the TNG.

  2. If your TNG Subscription is not working after moving it to a new PC on Linux:

  • Stop the TNG
  • Backup the tng.ini file.
  • Remove the Serial Number value in the INI file.
  • Run the linuxlic program to get the Serial number that you now need to enter in the INI file.
  • Start the TNG.
  1. Activate the TNG with Datatex.
