extensionnumber
The extension number for the call record.
extensionname
The Name associated with the extension
username
The Username associated with the Pin code, if there is a pin code and the extension name, if there is no pin code.
department
The Department linked to the Extension.

Phone number to be displayed on reports
DIDdigits
DID / DDi numbers for incoming calls. Not used on any reports to date.
Destination
Description of the number used on the call.
IncomingOutgoing
call direction.
I for Incoming
O for Outgoing
Duration
Duration of the call in hh:mm:ss
If the call was unanswered, the duration is usually set to 0 and the duration added to the ring time.
trunkline
The trunk / Line used to make this call.
Action
Call Outcome
O_NORMAL = Outgoing Normally answered Call
I_ANSWERED = Incoming Answered Call.
I_UNANSWER = Incoming call that was not answered
Pulses
If the system supports pulses this will be the pulse count.
This was an old method of calculating proper units for costing.
CostingUnit
Set to “N”
Unit value used to calculate the cost of a call. Not used, if the cost has already been calculated.
RingTime
In seconds
The number of seconds the call rang.
AccountCode
Accounting code used for billing or grouping certain calls under the same account.
Cost
Cost of the call, no currency Symbol. This is defined in the company settings.
E.g 1.99
Reference
If there was a reference on the call for tracking puproses. Not used on reports.
Private or Business Flag
1=Private
0=Business
Phonebook Category
If the call was categorized int he TNG phonebook. The value will be stored here.
Can leave blank.
Trunk Name
If there is a name associated with the trunk.
E.g. Vodacom or Telkom or MySIP Line
Account Name
If there is a descriptive name given to the Accounting Code.
Can be left blank.
Ratebook Name
Description of the Ratebook used to calculate this calls cost.
E.g. za_telkom
CallType
Used to group call types together on reporting.
Local
Long distance
Cellular
Other
International
BranchCode
Diacode for the branch where this date is coming from
Price
If the Cost of the call should have an adjust value. E.g. Added markup.
MyLink
Unique ID for a call to be used for tracking data.
Proposed additional fields
These fields may be used to load a call record directly into the correct company and branch. These values can be stored in third party systems to add to a call record to allow mixed sets of company data to be combined in a single file for processing.
