Good day,

TNG needs to download the dial plan from the Asterisk first to be able to detect the call direction of the calls.
It looks like it is attempting to download the dialplan and not receiving the full dialplan.

Is the TNG user and password for the AMI still correct and working?

HI Leon van Heerden,

Yes, all still same, where is the tng user located? does it need to be on Asterisk “free pbx” as user?

[ASTERISK]
Host=127.0.0.1
Port=5038
Login=tng
Password=
Use CDR File=1
CDR File Location=/var/log/asterisk/cdr-custom/.cs
Strip Breakout Digit=0

Regards.

  1. Is this the correct file that the records are located in?
    Usually the file would be Master.csv

  2. For the AMI config, if it was working before, what may have changed around the 13th of January?

  3. I have brought our old Asterisk document from our old forums over to allow old config to be checked:
    Only do Check Step 2 and Step 6. If you are using the CSV file you must not use the AMI CDR facility.
    How to setup TNG for Asterisk using the AMI

HI, i can see the user logged in.

  1. Yes file exist
  2. last message says ami user disconnects
  3. done,

asterisk -rx “show manager connected”

it looks like the TNG user are busy.
