There is a new notification that can create a ticket now, to show that automated exports are not setup correctly.

Supervisor: Supervisor@client.co.za
Group : ALL RECORDED DEVICES

Full subject=Critical Error reported by AMETHYST at Datatex Test TES for branch Cape Town

This ticket indicates that:

  • The supervisor “Supervisor@client.co.za”
  • Setup a search template “12345 Template”
  • They enabled automatic export of the search template’s files.
  • This indicates that there was a problem, and you should check the export and supervisor logs for more details.
  • The ticket date and time should indicate when the issue occurred.
