Please note that administrative changes are done using the tesadmin profile.
Normal user profiles, even level 8 merely determines which calls you are allowed to see.
To add/change the department use the tesadmin profile for this client.
Please see the breakdown of each profile and what they can do.
a) TES ADMIN
- Can maintain branches and departments
- Can allocate extensions to the correct Branch/Department/Username
- Can edit the call rates on TES
- Can maintain the Permissions for the Users on TES
b) User Profile (Levels 2, 4, 6, 8)
- Can Draw Detailed and Summary reports
- Can send emailed reports and schedule daily/weekly/monthly reports
It was designed this way so that the Admin maintenance can be controlled by 1 profile.
