The supervisor access template allows you to save access to a template.
The template can then be selected when a new or existing supervisor needs the same access and no need to select individual feature from the access list under Supervisor access.
REQUIRED:

Your supervisor login needs access to create supervisor logins:

The admin supervisor must give you access to the Access template feature:

The feature will then be displayed under Setup Supervisor Access as Access Templates:
STEPS:

Setup the required access under Supervisor Access and then you can save it as the template (icon top left hand of screen):

When creating a supervisor you can select the required template under Administrate Supervisors:
- The template can be maintained under ‘Access Template’
NOTE:
- Changes made to the template under ACCESS TEMPLATE will not reflect for supervisors already using that template.
- As will changes made under SUPERVISOR ACCESS for supervisors using the template, as this is an individual maintenance done to access options for that supervisor login.
