Run ./testmat on all the servers and make sure it creates a ticket on myaccount,to prove that mat is working
If it does not log a ticket, check server internet,check if mat is installed etc
root@kentamtvm5:/opt/datatex/bin# ./testmat.sh
The ticket should look like the below
The ticket can be closed confirming that mat is working
