Check the kernel version:
uname -a
If a server is still running kernel 4.15.0-139-generic to 4.15.0-143-generic, then the server needs to be upgraded to the newer kernel to address performance issues.
The issue is picked up in the logs and tickets about slow XML processing or Disk writing issues.
