- archiver version 126.96.36.199 or newer.
- AmtWebadmin2 version 188.8.131.52 or newer
- The license will require a signed off document from the client indicating what their delete preferences are.
These settings can only be changed by issuing a new license. The document will request if the call-data and recording must be deleted or just the recordings.
Make sure that the amtarchiver can run.
cd /opt/datatex/archive ./doarchive
You should get a line like this if this site doesn’t use the new Archiving service yet.

- Login to the Webadmin2
- Go to the Licenses page
- Get the Serial number from this page and supply it to Sales to generate the license.
- Make sure that the archiver is disabled in the cron until we have tested…
- Enter the license that was provided and check that the data matches the requirements.
- Ensure that the archive times is configured so that you can test. Go to the Archive page and set the start time to be earlier that what it is now.
This can be set to a valid range for this customer after the test is done.
- Run the doarchive.sh script again and check that it logs properly. the first run will take a long time to run so make sure that you run this ins a Byobu session so that you can disconnect and reconnect later.
