How do I use the PLAYBACK LINK feature?

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Domain is required to be able to send the playback link externally.

  • The domain must be configured in AMETHYST2 Webadmin under the MAILS page.
    Configure IP for link from AMETHYST server

  • The supervisor must have access to the playback link feature:

    NOTE: The administrative Supervisor must configure this.

Once the requirements are in place, the supervisor can use the feature.
See steps below.

STEPS:

  1. Search for the recording and select it.
  2. Click on the e-mail icon:

  3. Select PLAYBACK LINK

  4. Configure EXPIRED (how long the link will be valid for use)
  5. Configure the PASSWORD
  6. Click on the Send Email icon to send:
