The mail settings must be configured in AMETHYST Webadmin to allow e-mail to be sent.
NOTE: If you can send recordings via e-mail, receive reports via e-mail and reset password link - then the mail setting is configured and working.

No enable the access to this feature in Supervisor under Administrate Supervisors and Supervisor access:
Set this feature to FULL:
NOTE: If the icons is not displayed, then you do not have access to enable it.
Please ask your Admin Supervisor to enable the feature for you. -
To enable this feature for yourself:
Log into Supervisor, go to Personal Supervisor Settings and ticket the option:
