Requirements:

Log into Supervisor.
Click on the ADMINISTRATION icon:
NOTE: If not available, you do not have access to do maintenance. -
Groups can be deleted if the following terms are met.
- The group contains no Supervisors
- The group contains no Users
- The group has no sub groups below it, that is dependent on this group to exist.
To check:

Select Group Diagram:
-
Select the group from the drop-down:
-
Tick ’ Show supervisors linked to groups’ and ‘Show Users linked to the groups’.
To unlink user from a supervisor group:
*Select the group under GROUP USER MAINTENANCE:
*Unlink the users (move from allocated to unallocated and click apply)
To delete the group:
-
Go to ADD/CHANGE GROUP:
-
Select the required group.
NOTE: You will only have the Trash icon if the terms are met for deleting a group - see requirements:

Click on the Trash can icon:
Click on OK and it will confirm the delete was successful:
