The SIPREC software requires a MBG with SIPREC support.

Once the SIPREC Software is installed, ensure:

These are proprietary settings for the Cisco and the Genesys systems that are using different formatting of the XML data and networking.
Settings should be left blank
The Tenant ID will be attempted to be retrieved by the recordings software and will try to use the FALLBACK value if it is blank.

LOCALIP= This is the IP that will be presented as the SIPREC server’s own IP. Use the Ip that the PABX and phones will be able to connect too. the server may have multiple Ips and this allows the correct one be sent to the remote side.
SERVER= The Amethyst or Remote Server IP for Event updates.
