CRECallinfo monitors all the devices that is used to make/receive calls for call details.
This means that we need to configure all these devices per Mitel Controller IP:
- Extension range
- Trunk range
- SIP trunks
- ACD/Hunting/Ring groups
- Skill groups (for user names)
If the Mitel Controllers are in a cluster(s), this information is also required.
To monitor the call details of the SIP Trunk,

we need the Network Element (first column in the screen shot) of the SIP Peer Group of the SIP Trunk:

and the Mitel Controller IP for that SIP Trunk.
