CreCallInfo or AmtMitel not connecting to Mitel 9.1 or newer

Mitel version 9.1 and newer has a default setting to require an Authentication ( login and password) in the MiTAI communication.
If a server is upgraded from an older version to the new version, this setting is off by default.

To get the CreCallInfo or Amtmitel to connect successfully, this setting will need to be disabled.
The error in the Datatex Software logs are:

System Properties -> System Feature Settings -> Shared System Options:
Set this to NO

Enable CTI Application Authentications: NO
