Does the sweeper have a recording reference for each recorder that is connected to this Amethyst?
If there are multiple recording servers or remote sites, there recordings must get to the Amethyst and be processed by the sweeper.
Run the ./s script on Amethyst it should list all recorders sweeping recordings unto Amethyst and their references

If you dont have a recorder thats did not sweep unto Amethyst,Log in unto that recorder and investigate the issue
